I found the ClickTracker very easy to install. I found the insructions clear and as I followed them to a "T" I had very little problems. The program got off to a slow start and worked only partially because of a technical problem that evidently developed during the upload process to my server.

After several hours of troubleshooting I give up and contacted Ravi. After reluctantly giving him some secure information to access my server with he went in there and found the problem and resolved it the same afternoon. The program is working GREAT and I am well satisfied with it. It is definitely worth the small amount I paid for it and the exceptional support that come with it.
